“One of the best contractors”
I had geo thermal HVAC installed two years ago by, what turned out be, a non-qualified geo thermal company. For two years I experienced operational problems with both units and extensive water leakage. I tried for two years to find an HVAC contractor who would trouble shoot my units and make repairs and corrections. No company wanted to touch the system since another vendor had conducted the installation. I finally found Norris Mechanical. Mr. Norris and one of his techs, Jason, came to my home and spent 3 hours trouble shooting and evaluating the installation. This was followed up by technician Rumo and his crew making significant modifications to the downstairs and upstairs ventilation. Rumo and Ryan then reconfigured all the water lines, adjusted the water flow to optimum performance and groomed both systems. I found all the team members of Norris to be professional, courteous, clean and respectful of our home. This is one of the best contractors I have dealt with and would encourage anyone to utilize their services.
“Best service technicians”
This morning we had our semi-annual hvac unit inspection. A new guy, Brandon, did the inspection/check/cleaning. He was very squared-away, courteous, efficient, clean and thorough. To me, he is one of the best service technicians (if not the best) I have met and seen at work. I plan to request he do our next inspection (so, hope he is still with you all then). (note-a post-mention that Romo and his crew who installed our Trane a few years ago were fantastic. Respectful, conscientious, clean, diligent.)
Also, I had mentioned to Heather last week that we had a soggy duct insulation issue under the house. Brandon looked at it with me and confirmed what I thought, that the duct was ok, just the insulation on that section of metal duct needed replacing. He noted such and called Heather.
Mercifully, since I had the day off, Heather was able to get a duct technician to come by, Manuel. He looked at the duct with me. We discussed the section of insulation he’d replace, and he went about his work steady and efficient and, too, was thorough. The duct work seams had not been sealed at original installation years ago (hence the excessive condensation) and he sealed the seams and did a great job with the insulation and taping. Both Brandon and Manuel gave a very good first impression, squared-away/tidy with tools and carriers and methodology. I just wanted to pass the gratitude and feedback along. (Thanks to Heather, too, for great customer service and coordination. I appreciate that immensely.)

My intention was to send this note of appreciation in mid July, but my husband has been ill and I have not had an opportunity. My A/C went out driving an extremely hot period this summer, and it was on the weekend. When I called you company Chris was very prompt in returning my call. He came over diagnosed the problem and returned the next day with the replacement part. He was very professional while at the same time displaying true concern. Customer service was excellent. I would certainly consider him an asset to your company, and would not hesitate to recommend your company based on the service I received.

We have been satisfied customers of Norris Mechanical for many years. Norris has maintained the heating/air conditioning systems in both our home and in our 3 rental properties. The rapidity and professionalism displayed during the removal of the old system, installation and checkout of the new Bosch system by Chuck, and his team of Alfredo, Juan, and Ricardo was truly outstanding. This new system is much quieter and more efficient as evidenced by the reduced electric bill. The follow-up installation of the water pump by Charles simply continued the professionalism displayed by your employees.
